With a capacity of 80,000 t of rice per year, our rice mill is fully automated to process rice in a short circuit, without any break in load. Innovative, it is certified NF EN ISO 22000:2018.

Located in Saint-Gilles, at the gateway to the Camargue and close to major roads, Atelier du Grain offers a packaging service for rice in flexible and cardboard packs from 500 g to 5 kg as well as in sewn paper bags of 10 and 25 kg.
High-performance equipment allows it to package in paper bags, cardboard cases or with 4 welded corners. Atelier du Grain is authorized to package organic rice and is IFS Food certified, a guarantee of safe and high-quality products.

Hériztage is distributed in organic stores, delicatessens and producer stores. For catering professionals via RHF specialists.

Bruno and Anaïs represent the new generation of rice growers who combine integration within the supply chain, consistent high-quality production, natural resource conservation, and a continuous search for eco-friendly solutions.  
Hériztage is both the transmission of know-how and the new virtuous dynamic of Camargue IGP rice.  

From generation to generation, innovation has improved our craft and our environment. Technical innovations in the management of freshwater flows, land leveling, mechanization of sowing and harvesting. Innovation in rice processing and packaging to meet the demands of both professional and individual consumers.
